Steve Pratt has admitted it was "emotional" to finally get back to competing at the Paralympics, after winning gold in the mixed R4-4+ relay.

The 30-year-old, who broke his back falling out of a tree as a teenager, is competing in his third Games and is hoping to add to his two gold medals from London 2012.

He said: "It was so emotional to finally get back on that start line and be able to compete again. I've been waiting for this moment for four years and it was everything I could have dreamed of.
